Schools project: emotional paths with children

The project will be developed outside your facilities by grouping several sections together, so as to unite nature with the mini pony in question.

Therefore, the environment of the SCHOOL GARDEN also becomes an inexhaustible source of interest and provides us with numerous inputs here that the discovery of the environment then becomes a stimulus for the children:

- For sense-perceptual enhancement (the child explores the environment through his senses).
- For language enhancement (the use of speech is aimed at knowing and communicating).
- For thinking development (the child faced with observing reality begins to understand, albeit in a simplistic way, the various elements that are part of an environment).
- For the recognition of emotions through our animal friends and together try to interpret them.

Therefore, the goal that our project wants to achieve will be to foster the relationship between children and animals, begin to arouse in the child interest, empathy, respect for nature, animals and make him a protagonist through experimenting.

The preferred form of achieving these goals will be caring for animals and play that fulfills various functions from cognitive to socializing to creative.

Contact with the animal will help the child get in touch with himself, his body, his emotional sphere and his companions, stimulating complete psycho-physical and relational growth.

We had planned to create emotional workshops with mini ponies and small workshops in your facility working on emotions (duration of about half an hour) to section, to small creative-manual workshops to put “on paper” what were the emotions experienced in contact with the animal observing the emotions that emerge through manual creations with different materials such as hay, grass, iron to many recycled materials that nature offers us.

- Recognize one's own emotions
- Recognizing the emotions of peers and animals that are “working” with us.
- Cognitive skills, i.e. becoming aware of and learning more about animals, their ways of living and their ways of behaving.
- Developing curiosity
- Listening to stories inherent to animal CARE and subsequently acquiring the skills of caring for an animal, doing good for one's inner self and our four-legged friend.
- Create empathy between animals, nature and children.
